Awhile back, I was looking for a recipe for a single pancake and came across this recipe, the Lonely Girl Pancakes, and found the title to be quite amusing because it perfectly fit what I was looking for.
Fast forward to tonight, I wanted to make a salad for dinner and asked my roommates if they wanted any, which they didn’t. I realized that I was making a Lonely Girl Salad and thus the idea for this blog was formed.
While my roommates and I do cook for each other often, I often find myself cooking for one. I’m hoping to turn the delicious recipes I find into “Lonely Girl Recipes” and help others who may also be cooking for one!
